Technology and Design Applications

The EVA foam engineering drawing is shown on the left. The structure is disassembled according to the shape of the tool. The numbers in the diagram indicate the depth to be processed. The traditional knife mold method usually only has one depth. The advantage of Takishen using CNC cutting is that it can be cut at the same time. There are no holes to prevent tearing, deformation and damage when subjected to impact. It can also reduce misalignment and glue spillage when there are no joints.
